Options to train include 1x, 2x and 3x a week charged as monthly membership.

Memberships are charged on a monthly* basis.
Choose to train 1, 2 or 3x a week training slot (4, 8 or 12 total monthly credits)
6 month commitment minimum with enforced 30 days cancellation notice.

With credits delivered monthly, you can plan ahead when you may miss a week. Simply use your credits the week before or after your time away. Unused credits will roll over into the next month, but expire after 30 days of going unused.
*memberships can be paused for illness or injury when doctors note is provided

You will be assigned a coach who will deliver all your programming and be your main touch point. However, many Jolt trainers will help you execute on the program depending on which time slots you attend/are assigned too.

There will be up to 4 Jolt Fam members in your session who will train with you based on time slot availability. There will be a variety of fitness levels and goals as they are executing on their individual program. You do not need to work with anyone in your group, but you’re more than welcome to get to know your community as they will become regular faces you see at your given time slot. If you have your own group of 3-4 that would like to train together, we can likely make arrangements for that.
