Longevity Lounge is bringing the chill to the Jolt Fam with their portable cold plunges! Cool off and recover after the Sweaty Summer Challenge.
Join us Friday, July 26th, for high energy workouts followed by a refreshing Cold Plunge session from 9am to 11:30am at Jolt Fitness! Drop in for the plunge or secure your spot for a full class session followed by a cool dip.
Additionally, we’ve added an early morning FREE Jolt Run Club. Register for a 20 minute walk/run starting at 9am to end in just in time to dip in.
We have two tubs ready for you, but remember to reserve a 30-minute time slot. Be prepared to dive in for a maximum of 3 minutes (if you're feeling adventurous), all within your registered time frame.
Whether you prefer clean shorts and a tank or a bathing suit, come ready to take the plunge. Bring your own towel and consider bringing flip flops for added comfort. Get ready to experience the revitalizing benefits of a Cold Plunge – we'll see you there!
