Programmed by Coach Siggy, a trainer with over a decade of experience, our Lift sessions offer a progressive resistance training program delivered with integrity. It’s the exact program we offer in gym, executed on your own schedule in your own space, so that you can take Jolt with you.
Every month you will receive your training program straight to your phone, with our easy to use app you will always have your program on hand. The app provides easy access to your training schedule, live updates on your programming week over week, and a complete video exercise library so that you’re confident and efficient with your training.

Start by subscribing to our email list, you’ll receive monthly training tips and updates. If you’re in the South Huron area you are best to book in a few sessions with us @ Jolt Fitness, so we can review form and assess your movement. If you are remote, we will address your needs via email. You will need basic lifting technique to do this on your own.
